George Michael - Symphonica

Symphonica es un disco en vivo del cantautor inglés George Michael. Con la particularidad de ser, su único álbum en vivo lanzado durante su vida. 

Su lanzamiento al mercado fue, el 17 de marzo de 2014 a través de Aegean y Virgin EMI Records , Symphonica. Otro dato a señalar es que, fue el primer álbum de Michael con nuevas grabaciones desde Patience (2004).  

La voz de Michael se grabó en el Royal Albert Hall durante su Symphonica Tour (2011–12), mientras que los arreglos de cuerdas se grabaron en un estudio.

Este gran álbum contiene principalmente versiones en vivo, de canciones de su Symphonica Tour 2011-12 , incluidas seis de sus propias composiciones (el resto son versiones). 

Este proyecto fue el trabajo final tanto del productor estadounidense Phil Ramone , quien murió en marzo de 2013.
